2003: CONTACT NET Participated in:
- the project preparation for the auction;
- the set up of the data collection centres in the European countries;
- co-ordination of several European collection centres for 1 year (France, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland)

2004: CONTACT NET Participated in:
- the project preparation for the 2nd year auction
- the project coordination for an experimental 3 months timeframe in Romania

2005: CONTACT NET Participated in:
- the project preparation for the 3rd year auction
- the project coordination in Russia
